"An agent from State Farm insurance contacted me by texts and phone calls as I was looking for home and auto insurance online a few weeks ago. I had a great experience when I spoke to the agent on the phone. The type was patient, courteous and demonstrated good customer service skill. He took time to check all possible quotes according to what I felt I can afford, made the best possible suggestions and advices. I feel that I was offered a very good and affordable coverage for both, my home and my car.
I had auto insurance with State Farm before (2019 to 2023). I ended the insurance because I wanted to add the car to my home insurance. I returned to this company because I feel the service was always great, and the agents provide exceptionnel service.
I would gladly recommend State Farm to anyone who is looking for Insurance coverage."
