As a lifelong Athens resident and University of Georgia graduate, I take great pride in helping individuals and families protect what matters most. My journey began working in my father’s State Farm agency, where I learned firsthand the importance of building strong relationships with customers.
Before opening my own agency in 2012, I spent time in home building and real estate development, focusing on sustainable practices. Now, I’m fortunate to lead a team dedicated to personalized service, community involvement, and making a real impact. Our agency proudly supports the Athens Farmers Market, Rotary Club, and the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Shane Dekle - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensación $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
